This was the MD of choice at one time. Not now, all tables dirty, floors dirty. Salt, pepper and sugar mixed together. Kiosk out... of order but didn't know until order was placed had to start over. Food quality GOOD, was hot and as expected. Read more

Absolutely terrible. They on multiple occasions have completely forgotten about me. Their receipt machine is always broke. Last... week I went 45 minutes before close. They told me to pull up into the space to wait for my food. Well I did and I waited for 40minutes, I pulled back around as they where shutting the lights off to tell them they forgot my food. This morning I was giventhe wrong coffee. I stood inside for 30 minutes after I had already told them it was the wrong coffee. Order was rushed. They messed it up. We tried to get it fixed and were treated terribly for their mistake. The SUPERVISOR mind... you was rolling her eyes, smacking her lips, and saying "she didn't even care" . Her body language and under her breath commentswere not appreciated by customers just trying to explain that their order was messed up. Tried asking for the Regional Manager #and they never came back. Worst McDonald's experience in the United States. We travel alot and have never been treated thatpoorly and disrespectfully. Read more

Terrible experience. In drive thru, took forever to get to order even though only one car ahead of me. Then, had to ask if... anyone was there to take my order. Ordered fries and quarter pounder. Took 15 minutes to get to window for food as I had to waitfor car in front of me for 10 minutes. Got to pick up window and was told to move up and wait. I watched 3 cars get their ordersbefore me at drive thru. Finally got my order and the quarter pounder was cold. Went inside and had to flag someone down to helpme. Asked for a fresh, hot quarter pounder. Watched as the employees very slowly, with no initiative, work on orders, thenfinally make me another quarter pounder. Got it, and it was cold too! Said out loud, can I get a fresh hot quarter pounder likeit is advertised, after a 20 wait in the drive thru? I was told to leave as I was being rude. Never again. Read more
