They always make sure to charge you for extras you order but always forget to put them on it. I got a chicken sandwich this... morning added cheese and egg and didn't get either but got charged for both. Nice. Edit: came back to change it to one starbecause they still can't ever get my order right and then it's some how the customers fault. What a joke. Read more
One word?GHETTO! This location was the most chaotic McDonald?s that over ever encountered. The staff was cursing, yelling at one... another and having side conversations while serving customers. It was a huge joke! I am beyond repulsed! I would never recommendthis location. It took 30 minutes to get our order! Read more
If I could give zero stars i would. Once leaving a football game I googled restaurants that were still open....this location is... listed as 24 hours. Drive-thru was pretty long so while waiting I place an mobile order and literally waited in line for 20mins until I finally get to the speaker and wait for another 10-15 mins no one comes to the speaker. I pull around to the windowof course the women didn't want to come but when she did she was very rude and nasty saying we're CLOSED. I explained I havebeen in drive for over 30 mins and had a mobile order. Oh she walks off saying oh we don't have no orders let me get a manager.She was just as rude saying no I don't have any food left and no orders on my screens. I was upset because we had a long day andwanted to get some food and hit the road. I used to work at McDonald's and know how it is. But if you close at 11pm you shouldstill service the cars that were in line prior to that time and use a cone to block anymore cars from getting in the line. Ordered Curbside since we picked up groceries that needed to be chilled. Arriving McDonald's sitting at Curbside and... registered. Little did we know that their Curbside was closed. After waiting 15 minutes I called and was told to go throughthe drive through. Every person that we where in contact with where rude. Even when I told the gal at the last window thankyou. Omg this is the slowest franchise I?ve ever been to. The employees there se inconsiderate and rude. I ordered an ice cream cone... over 30 mins ago and still haven?t received my order yet. I chose the curbside option because the drive thru was exceptionallypacked. Omg it doesn?t take long to prepare 1 ice cream cone. I called inside and politely asked a crew member how long of await it would be. She was very rude and sighed so loud in my ear and basically told me that it was nothing she could do aboutit. You need better employees and they need to be trained on how to provide better service. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.Two cars that were waiting on their orders pulled off after sitting here for over 30 mins along with me. Get it together. Read more
Pull into the parking lot and parked. My daughter had to use the restroom really bad. We had an hour drive on the way to the... hospital our grandmother had been transported to. We went to both entrances where there was no sign on the door other than thehours of operation. On the second attempt of knocking we were met at the door by a janitorial worker that was mopping. Hecracked to door and told us that we would have to use the drive through. I told him my dàughter had to use the restroom And hesaid "no, can't let no one in!". And shut the door. We went and got in the drive through to grab something for my grandmother. We were stuck in that line for 35 minutes!!!! For some fries???? I decided to get her some nuggets and fries when they toldme a 10 piece nugget meal with a medium coke was almost $13.00 I was shocked!!!! But so aggrevated by then that I just got themoney together and drove on to the window and paid. They were nice enough to buy at the second window gave us a small ice waterand a bag. I asked about the coke and they quickly got it for us. On the way on to the hospital I started to question theprice, the reason why at 11pm on a Saturday, they wouldn't let us in , the rude manner that the guy mopping gave us, and theextremely long wait, and finally the mixup with the order. This is a 24 hour location and we pulled up around 10:30 pm after leaving the emergency room. After waiting in line for a long... time, we pull up to order and theyre out of all beef burgers. They're out of Ice coffee. Out of shakes/mcflurries. So we orderchicken and fish items. The girl helping us was struggling taking our order. We pull up to pay and no one there. She finallycomes to the window and tries to have us pay for 2 different orders that arent ours. Finally we pay for ours and pull up toreceive our food. All the employees are yelling, cussing, goofing off and being extremely unprofessional. One girl motions inour direction and asks "what are they waiting for?" And the other girl yells "their food!" At no point does anyone acknowledgeus or speak to us directly. It was an unreal experience. The food wasn't great and the service was terrible. Read more
This is the good McDonald?s in Brunswick. Most food service sucks in this town but they do a great job. I wish I knew the ladies... name at the drive they but she was SO REFRESHING! So bubbly and polite and asked how my day was. Had to pull up to wait for foodand the lady that brought it made sure to double check I had everything I ordered. Thank you ladies! Read more
