If I could give this location negative stars, I would. The location on the app shows they close at 10 and it let me place an... order and it says pick up as soon as possible. I show up and wait by the speaker for about 5 minutes with no answer. I decide todrive to the window & let them know im there. I show up and a girl comes out but before she opens the window, I hear her talkingto her co-worker, yelling and saying ?IF WE DONT ANSWER IT MEANS WE CLOSED? she then opens the window and rudely says they?reclosed. I tell her I have a mobile order then she gets the manager and the manager basically tells me to kick rocks. I ask ifthey can cancel or at least tell me how to and she just says that she doesn?t know. I ask her to give me the customer servicenumber so I can call and cancel it and she says that she doesn?t know it. Absolutely useless and rude. The store would operatebetter if they had robots working there. Read more
The food is fresh and extremely tasty. I have tried a lot of sub stations, but this is by far the best. The bread is soft and... original, the meats are fresh, and that Kickin' ranch with those chips are everything!!! Read more

Cold sandwiches, hard bread, but friendly employees! This was our very first time going to Jimmy John's, the employees welcomed... us as we walked in, very nice and friendly! They were helpful and explained their menu, they did not rush us, and told my wifeand I to take our time in ordering! So, this wasn't a bad experience, the food just wasn't warm, and the bread was very hard,hurt my wife's mouth while trying to eat it! I always try to be very positive with my reviews, and want to compliment theemployees with their attitudes, but we were not impressed with the sandwiches! Read more
If I could leave zero stars I would! I wanted to order two turkey toms an I was told they were out of turkey well they needed to... slice it an couldn?t serve me. WHY has customer service gotten so bad that they can?t say it will be a few but we will have theturkey sliced soon if u would like to wait.. to busy talking an goofing off with co workers to care .. sad Read more

Online order for dinner myself and coworker never received the order. We had no dinner that evening at work.Had to file dispute... with my bank to get my money back and never have heard anything from customer service. Went in to speak to the 12 year managerand that is exactly how she acted. She had no concerns with my issue nor any concern on trying to fix the problem . Last time Iorder from them not because the order got missed but because of the lack of customer concerns. Read more
