From the beginning of our wedding planning we knew we wanted a food truck to feed our guests. We found Jefecitas at a local... brewery and fell in love with their food. From that moment on we knew this would be the perfect food truck. I contacted Benand told him exactly what we wanted. We had a chips and salsa station next to the truck as appetizers and the guests placedtheir orders fe the food truck. We offered three different tacos, as well as empanadas and flautas. They even brought saladsfor our guests with special diets. Ben made sure my husband and I sat down to eat. As always, the food was phenomenal and notoverpriced. Our guests have been raving about the food since the wedding. I appreciate the staff for helping make our day evenmore special. Amazing! We used Jefecitas Mobile Kitchen for our family reunion of over 40 people. Every single person RAVED about the food,... kids and adults alike! There were several comments like, "I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food but this is fantastic!" The buffetstyle set up was efficient and looked great (unfortunately we forgot to take a picture). And to have no clean-up after feedingthat many people...the best! I highly recommend using Jefecitas for any gathering. You will not be disappointed! Our expectations for a fun, delicious wedding reception meal were met to the letter! Who doesn?t love good Mexican food and a... fun food truck? Jefecitas staff was great to work with during planning, offering suggestions to stay within budget. Our locationwas Historic Jekyll in early winter. The couple?s vision was to enjoy socializing and serving food outside. This meant having aninclement weather plan. Jefecitas took charge and made plans for two scenarios, leaving us with nothing to worry about. Thebride and groom wanted to use the food truck on location, but because of the number of guests, serving meals from the truck wasnot practical. The solution was to use the truck for beverages and serve the food buffet style. As guests made the short strollfrom the ceremony site to the reception on a sunny, unusually warm January afternoon, they were greeted with sharply-dressedJefecitas staff offering glass bottled, icy cold cokes. The meal was hot and the food fresh with a variety of options from whichto choose. Jefecitas catering was the talk of the reception. Guests are still commenting months later that was the best-tasting,most efficiently served reception meal they?ve EVER had. While our daughter?s wedding and reception were formal, with assignedseating and place settings, the menu lent a relaxed, casual vibe. Fresh tacos and nachos, with topping choices and sides helpedto create the transition from ceremony to celebration! Visited Jefecitas while at Silver Bluff Brewing Company on a Friday afternoon. We tried most of their tacos. All were very very... good. Fast service even though they were busy. We hired Ben and his team to cater a special event for my wife and I. These guys were consummate professionals in every way. The... evening could not have gone any better, and the communication with Ben prior, during, and after the event was exceptional as heworked to make it just right for us. Stopped by this fabulous food truck on a recent cold, blustery day when it was parked in front of Silver Bluff Brewery in... downtown Brunswick, Georgia. Fantastic customer service! Food was absolutely delicious! The food truck was located outside Silver Bluff in Brunswick. I got the empanadas and... chips/queso. My friend got the ice box cake also which was amazing! Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Their salsais great too!! Highly recommend!! Read more
