I honestly don't know what is worse. The food or the customer service or lack thereof. The lady taking the order was nice, but... the girl who handed me my food was completely rude. She served me earned hash browns and when I asked about them she told methat that's how they were made that they come already black. Needless to say I wasn't going to argue with her and left withinedible hash browns, my kids left with donuts without sprinkles which they were also sad about but not that big a big deal. I just wanted a box of Joe coffee and some munchkins but I guess that was too difficult. Sorry, I wasn't wanting a single... serving of coffee but I might as well have. After getting the box of Joe, I asked if if this came with cups, cream and sugar. Itusually does as I've ordered this before. I received 1 cup with sugar and a cup full of creamer. Very odd I thought butwhatever. They don't care and neither do I. You deserve the 1 star in this review. Read more

Terrible food, terrible drinks. Constantly messing up orders. Employees don't care. Received cold sandwiches more than once.... Cannot get a good coffee here to save your life. Finally gave up on this place. Owner/operator needs to be more present. Read more
I love Dunkin' donuts and I usually go quite a bit but it makes me mad when they have somebody new and they're willing to give... you anything for your money and it's absolutely awful. Now if they didn't have the correct boxes that they usually put thedonuts in there was no way that my donuts should have been stuffed to the result that I had to pick a donut like this up I paidmy good money for and I didn't pay for them to be stuffed in the box they did it any kind of way instead of asking me which waywould I prefer people just do your money any kind of way and if you don't say anything they'll just let it be. Sick of carelessemployees that don't want to give you quality for your money is what I'm paying for and the prices that things are today Iexpect my money's worth. This is our almost daily coffee shop. We get donuts for the kids. The only reason I did not give a five star is depending on who... makes the drink it might not be right. If it's not they are more than happy to remake it, add cream, syrup, etc. There are a fewstaff that are regularly there, when we see them we know we're gonna have awesome coffee.
