I honestly don't know what is worse. The food or the customer service or lack thereof. The lady taking the order was nice, but... the girl who handed me my food was completely rude. She served me earned hash browns and when I asked about them she told methat that's how they were made that they come already black. Needless to say I wasn't going to argue with her and left withinedible hash browns, my kids left with donuts without sprinkles which they were also sad about but not that big a big deal. I just wanted a box of Joe coffee and some munchkins but I guess that was too difficult. Sorry, I wasn't wanting a single... serving of coffee but I might as well have. After getting the box of Joe, I asked if if this came with cups, cream and sugar. Itusually does as I've ordered this before. I received 1 cup with sugar and a cup full of creamer.
