Customer service is not all that great and the owner needs to motivate his/her staff better. The roast beef is cut so thick that... instead of having the sandwich melt in my mouth, I chewed on it until my jaw hurt. Stop being lazy. It takes longer to cut thesame amount of meat but that?s what makes an arby sandwich magical. This franchise needs to step up. I love arbys but I maynever visit this franchise again Read more

I went to the drive through and ordered 2 classic roast beefs for $5 no arbys sauce. He said that will be $6.36. I said that?s a... lot of tax. I pay him and look at my receipt and he rang up 2 for $6. He walks away to get my order and I wave a lady over andlet her know the guy rang it wrong as he comes back over to the window. She asks if I had a coupon and I say yes and hand it toher. The guy says she didn?t tell me she had the coupon I rang it in as 2 for $6 giver her dollar and get her outta my hair! Thelady apologized for the man?s rudeness and gave me a dollar and complimented my truck. I don?t think Arbys needs help losingcustomers. I mean really? And the sad thing is I think the rude man was the manager? ??????? I called corporate. No I don?t wantanything free. I just want to get my food without being treated like trash. Read more
Even with the drive thru busy and it being a few minutes shy of closing the men working had a friendly attitude and kept things... moving smoothly. My favorite thing aside from the curly fries is a cherry turnover! & man did it hit the spot!! Read more
My girlfriend and I went to your restaurant tonight. We was waiting for our food in the drive through. She was in the driver... seat and the waiter commented to my girlfriend saying he needed to work where she used to work. I feel like your employee wastrying to let her know he was looking at her chest. His entire demeanor was just out of the ordinary. I hope he doesn?t do thisto any other customer that comes through I usually don?t leave feedback but this is ridiculous and it needs to improve. Read more
