I got my order before I even paid very fast service
Went by this evening at 6pm. One car. To go sign said only tea and water. Then order a 5 piece wing dinner. Only have original.... No ask what is side just gave me mashed potatoes. No ask about type tea just sweet. Wings were cold and soggy. Good news theygave me about 2 doz napkins. Think kfc is in the death throws. Read more

I placed an order online and went to pick it up at the drive through, but was told I needed to park and go inside to get my... order. This is incredibly lazy. Just in case the management is unaware, most of your competitors are smart enough to know thatthis is inconvenient for your customers and do not do this. McDonald's, Burger King, Popeyes, Chick fil a, Taco Bell, Sonic, andpretty much EVERY other fast food chain doesn't do this. So, I'll stick to those places. This will be my last trip to KFC. BothChick-fil-A and chicken express are way better anyway. Read more
