It?s extremely frustrating knowing that an order for 100 wings was ordered and for starters took over 1 hr in waiting. It was... ordered for carry out only to get home and come to find out we received 100 lemon pepper wings when the receipt clearly states80 mild and 20LP. It?s a never ending thing with constant mistakes every we time we order no matter how big or small the ordermay be. Horrible service and after attempting to call 15 times no answer!! Read more

ordered, picked up, got home to see more than half my family pack of wings was RAW. we called & 3 different managers gave us the... run around on why we couldn?t get a refund and could only give us a 12 count credit for our wings. start hiring adults not kids. Read more
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. This place is so dirty I'm surprised it has been shut down. As you come in... you get a nasty smell like mold and vomit ????. The coke machines are so dirty that I didn't even want to get drink fromthere. By the way the machine looks i bet they haven't been cleaned in a few months or more. I don't even want to imagine thehorrors where the food is prepped. Will never step a foot here again. Read more
Took about 45 minutes to get my order that I placed in person. When asked them why so long it took. She we called your name at... the counter. I told her I was sitting over there didn't hear it only the plates that were served they called out loud. Was veryup set with them did get the drink they charged me. Read more
Tonight my boneless were extremely crunchy. Not sure why. Never had them like this? Ordered online and they were ready when I... got there. As I was next in line the employee in the front took off to the back, two other employees saw me and ignored that Iwas there waiting to be assisted. I was just picking up an order that was ready. Could?ve just asked if I needed help. Doesn?thurt to ask. Food is normally good. Service not really. Neither restaurant cleaning. Out of three doors. Two were locked. I?msure that?s against the law. Customers shouldn't have to deal with retaliation for complaining that their order was wrong. I went back to have my meal... replaced and they drowned the wings. Made a mess of my truck. Really unprofessional and petty. Very unfortunate since I alwaysorder from here and love the service and meals I get from this location, but this was completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
