Damn, these guys are the best. Adrian and Alfredo, they are the best, hands down. They take care of you really well! These guys... put customers 1st. The only shame is that I couldn't tip using my card, wish we could. They deserve that and more!!! I hope they(wingbarn) would reconsider it, we live in a cashless era, we have bank cards. Super disappointed with my experience at Wing Barn on Pablo Kisel! I ordered in person for carry out, and the gentleman who... took my order said he would call me when the order was ready since I would be waiting in my car. I waited and waited untilfinally I decided to get down to check on my order. I walked in, and four people were standing by the register talking. The guywho took my order said ?Your order just came out? since it was sitting at the shelf already. I took my bag and noticed there wasa plate missing. They had forgotten the wing meal. Went back in to tell them my order was missing a plate. Another guy went tothe kitchen to grab my missing order. When he got back, I checked that my meal was not correct because they had not given me thetater tots I had paid for. He had to go back and get some for me which took about 3 minutes to cook. At this point, I wasalready annoyed because half my order was getting cold. I finally got home to eat, and the fried pickles were terrible! Theywere so dry and stiff. No point in trying to eat them! I also noticed that one of the other plates was missing the sweet potatofries. I hate to say this, but I will not be going to Wing Barn ever again. I order a chicken búfalo wings to eat there. After 20 min I still waiting, when the wings arrived I take it to go. Sauce is... good, chicken wings a little hard. Also have a lemonade from the fountain bar. Also everything else was out of order. Are youkidding me? This is the reason why I give them 3 starts. Read more

Food was okay! For the price it could definitely be better. The customer service isn?t the best either. In dealing with the... first employee his customer service skills were substandard.
