The online app does not give me the option to order curbside. When ordering from this place there is a 50/50 chance you will get... good customer service and that your meal will be made as you asked. Seems like they had limited Staff, cashier had to take orders to the tables and on line costumers had to wait. Went back to ask... for a paper bag and first no one asked me what I needed then the cashier forgot to give me the bag. Food was good. Read more

Love me some whataburger but my last 3 visits have not been pleasant. Getting my order wrong and not releasing it till getting... home. Then having to go back or not just not wanting to go back due to traffic and inconvenience. Whataburger please doublecheck order and replace partial order or give freebies make it worth returning.
