The atmosphere and decor was amazing. Our waitress was well mannered, but slow since we were the only guests there during that... time. I do believe that the food quality and pairing of the toppings could?ve been better. I ordered the Korean BBQ cauliflowerwings, jackfruit tacos w/ rice and beans. The wings were a bit too saucy and the ranch was too salty. The jackfruit tacosweren?t good due to the seasoning and the selection of toppings. We also tried a smoothie and it didn?t taste well due to thepairing of the fruits. I wanted to love this place, but think they could do better. Read more

This is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants in Brownsville, and is surely amongst the top options for vegan cuisine in the... whole RGV. Even if you aren't vegan/vegetarian, the cozily classy ambience and atmosphere is sure to facilitate a fine diningexperience either way. I always eat here whenever I'm visiting downtown Brownsville. Good food, attentive service. We ordered chips and guacamole, cauliflower wings and enchiladas. Everything was good! I'm happy... to see plant based restaurants sprouting all over the country! Good luck to the owners and a wholehearted thank you! Read more

First, I have to comment on is the PRICE - super pricey. Spent $60+ for 2 people. But in an inflation period, I suppose it makes... more sense. I hope the price goes down a little on some items. Second, food was good but not over-the-top amazing. As avegetarian I enjoyed not having to worry if meat was in the dish so 10/10! Some items were really spicy for my husband, so ifyou or someone in your party are sensitive to spice maybe ask your waiter how spicy a dish is before ordering. Third, the foodwas served in paper plates and red solo cups yet they hand out bamboo utensils for sustainability? They have styrofoam to-gocontainers but eco-friendly bags to carry them in? It seemed all too confusing to me. As someone who is sustainability-oriented,it just truly felt contradictory. Read more

When I went to Brownsville I didn't expect to find one of the best vegan restaurants in the country. And yet, I did. Great menu... with tons of options, delicious home made vegan cheese, and filling menu items. I strongly recommend the stuffed Jalapenos andthe Philly Cheesesteak both of which are amazing and filling. Prices are perfect, and the decor is homey andenriching. Strongly strongly recommended. Possibly worth coming in from out of town for. Read more

How cool that this place exists in Brownsville! I came here in a Saturday evening and had great service with immediate seating.... We ordered the flautas, posole, tostadas de barbacoa, and marisco-less coctel. The coctel was our favorite! I loved the posole, also. Flautas were very fresh and delicious, but I found the tostadas a bit salty. I lived that they gave us ruedas as anappetizer. Prices are excellent and I would come back every time I'm in Brownsville. This is a cute and fairly new vegetarian restaurant in the heart of downtown. While the food was good, the service was... incredibly slow. It literally took 40 minutes just to get our drinks! Then they have their computer setup to automatically tip20%. Normally, this would not be a problem, but considering how long everything took; I think they should let the customerdecide how much they want to tip. I hope this establishment does well, but it would behoove them to hire an additional server. Read more
