Never had an issue with this particular Subway. But today, August 3, 2021 my father and I did. They didn't charge him his... sandwich, nor give it to him, he had to ask for it and reorder it; they didn't even make his sandwich they way he asked. Andmywrap wast cut right. Placed a mobile order through the app which contained 4 cookies. Somehow the store was out of cookies. An employee called to... advise me of the situation but only offered chips as a replacement. Not wanting 4 bags of chips, I denied the offer. Theemployee then brought me my order without offering a refund for the cookies for the inconvenience. Read more
