Employees at this location are always upbeat and very polite to say the least. I have gotten coffee from this Starbucks multiple... times over the years and I'm a regular customer. So believe me when I say that their service so far has been top notch, andalways consistent with the high quality standards I've come to expect. Their prices may be a bit high at times, but they alwaysdeliver on their coffee and other pastries and goods. Read more
I normally love this Starbucks but yesterday that i went the one that attended my fiance and I by the name of Mayra or Myra had... a super bad attitude. She was super rude. Super unprofessional. Yeah we all have bad days at work (I would know because I workalso and in a high volume clinic) but at least be nice to the last few customers that were already in line for half an hourbefore closing!! In times likes these I understand the milk shortages and supply shortages but i kindly asked if they had pinkdrink and she rudely responded that they didn?t have coconut milk. I unfortunately only got my fiances drink and not minebecause she seemed in a bit of a rush to want to leave already. Pretty disappointed. Didn?t realize we had to be rushed to orderfor them to want to go home at 9 sharp. If she is ever there I will not want to go order. I will most definitely stick with myfavorite person from there, have not gotten her name but she has part purple hair. Will not go back unless she is there! Read more
Absolute terrible service. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for your mobile order and then receive your cup 3/4ths full. No... apology, or anything. I understand they are an under staffed store, which by now, (the 5+ years they've been open) should havefixed, however, they should have the proficiency to prioritize their mobile orders as their app claims they do.
