They officially separated the tables which is nice. The potatoes are always thicc and loaded. Buns on the sandwiches have a nice... butter crust. They have a carbonated water dispenser on the sprite that is just as strong as a glass bottled topo chico which is????. The water filter needs to be changed but overall its good (thats my 4 star reason only). The green chili stew is nice andspicy. Service great, place is nice and clean. Read more

All the good barbecue you could want! Rudy's is always a good spot to eat at. Amazing flavor just the way you want it! You can... have all kinds of meat, and all kinds of sides. Try the green chile stew. Plenty of seating and a good atmosphere here. Greatdate idea! Moderately priced but great bang for your buck. I gave them a 3 because my wife and I eat at Rudy's once a month or so. They have pretty good brisket and sausage. My complaint... is, tried the ribs and they aren't very good dry, chewy and flavorless. Good ribs are hard to do and they trying to keep themready to eat Read more

I went to Rudy's Country Store and Barbeque for lunch and had a great experience. Service was fast, friendly and the food was... delicious. I ordered a two meat sandwich, side of potato salad and cream corn. Add a little of Rudy's Bar-B-Que sause to themeats and you'll be in heaven. Highly recommend coming here for lunch. Read more

Half BBQ CHICKEN Tasty, CHICKEN Moist, CHICKEN Tender, and the seasoning flavor well; CHICKEN Lean.... NO!
