If yall want to be viewed better, watch who you're putting in the window, there is this lady that gives huge negative energy and... is horrible at communicating. I mean, being the only popeyes, you'd want to put your awesome&presentable employee in the windowand I mean if that's your most presentable employee (atleast in the early afternoon shift) well damn, that's disappointing. Customer service is very poor, even the manager seemed not to care. It took about an hour to get our dine in order. When... ordering we were not informed that there was a wait. We did not think there was a wait since there was only a couple waiting. After waiting 20 minutes I asked on the status of my order and they said it would be 15 minutes, that it was being cooked. Iwaited 20 minutes and I asked again and they told me it was almost out. During this waiting time, drive thru orders were beingcompleted. 10 minutes later they gave me my order, but with cold chicken!! I returned it to the manager and he just said that hewould give us freshly made chicken as soon as it was out. He didn't offer an apology not even to reimburse the money or offer usany discount or side order for the inconvenience. We still waited like 10 minutes. What a terrible service from this location. The lack of people service is just unreal. I ordered a 12 piece family meal and they... gave me the items in a bag with a box that would not close and the sides upside down about to break and make a huge mess. If you don't have the app, get it! The rewards are awesome! The chicken is always great. Always crispy & never oily. The fries... are good too. The chicken sandwich is one of the best. Went there for lunch and ordered the $4 good deal. I ordered the combo and that one comes with these tiny chicken strips, a... small side, a biscuit, fries and a drink. Halfway through eating my meal I remembered that my combo should?ve come with friesand there were no fries included. The drive through clerk was not so friendly and didn?t say a single word apart from speakingout the total. The attached picture is of the box, it?s missing chicken strips since like I mentioned, I noticed the lack offries halfway through the meal. Taste was good but lacking in serving size and the attention to detail. I would go again butwould double check my order before leaving. Read more
