For a bit of context, I always go to the drive-thru for Pollo Loco, so I don't pay much attention the atmosphere of the... establishment. With that in mind, the food is excellent and the service through ordering your food and receiving it is great.Although it takes a while to receive your food at times, you can rest assured that your food will be given hot and fresh, as Ipersonally have never encountered an issue in that regard. I will definitely be coming again in the future. (Pricing is alsogreat if you're looking for low cost meals). Read more
Went to the Boca Chica location before the football game 6pm ordered 3 PC combo, the chicken was dry, looked like chicken... jerky,the beans were cold,an the Cole slaw no taste & watery. No tea had to ask for it over the counter, went back for tea stillnot available. Forget the hype real bad experience for 11.00dlls, never again. I cold have done better at churches. They weretrying to get rid of the old chicken on te grill. Threw it away!!!! Read more

First time my kiddos tried this place and they absolutely loved it, glad I brought them everything was on point, only downfall... is they did not have that little salsa island in the middle like they used to do one can pick their own stuff as needed. Burnt chips, at 12:00 PM they were out of bottled water. The food tasted great, except the burnt chips but customer service... needs to improve. I will try other restaurants since service and food quality at the Pollo Loco on Boca Chica has declined. Read more
Great place to order food. My favorite is the double chicken avocado salad. It's SO GOOD and fills you up. Always fresh and the... chicken cooked perfect. Of course I added the red salsa to it. Which also comes with your order. Read more
