For a bit of context, I always go to the drive-thru for Pollo Loco, so I don't pay much attention the atmosphere of the... establishment. With that in mind, the food is excellent and the service through ordering your food and receiving it is great.Although it takes a while to receive your food at times, you can rest assured that your food will be given hot and fresh, as Ipersonally have never encountered an issue in that regard. Went to the Boca Chica location before the football game 6pm ordered 3 PC combo, the chicken was dry, looked like chicken... jerky,the beans were cold,an the Cole slaw no taste & watery. No tea had to ask for it over the counter, went back for tea stillnot available. Forget the hype real bad experience for 11.00dlls, never again. I cold have done better at churches. They weretrying to get rid of the old chicken on te grill. Threw it away!!!! Read more
