You start to get... hungry and are overwhelmed by all the options when you spot an orange truck promising “Real. Good. Food.”\n\nYou excitedlyrush to the counter (because you are a fan of food that is both real and good). At this point, you aren’t just hungry —you’re starving, and this humble food truck has drawn you towards it in a way that can only be described as magnetic.\n\nI donot have to imagine this scenario. I was in this very position today, and this is my story.\n\nThe line was not long, despitethe truck’s popularity. Everyone got their food very quickly. When it was my turn, I realized every option was glorious andcould not choose just one. Thankfully, Rianna helped me decide which to order and I was not disappointed!\n\nTill today, I was aheretical man. Till today, I did not like chives. Till today, I did not think a potato fry could change my life. Till today, Idid not try Papas a la Carte’s loaded fries.\n\nWhen I tell you every bite was magical, every cut of onions was beautiful, andevery drop of sauce worthy of tears, I mean every word. I stopped by the famous papas a la carte food truck today for a quick snack, and I was served by Rianna. She was friendly and... quick with my order. The service was unmatched, and the chicken and fries were fresh, crisp, and nothing short of papalicious.This is now my favorite food truck. If papas a la carte has 1000 fans, I am one of them. Neither girl behind the register could answer my questions about the menu or knew what was on it. The fries were heavily salted... before sauces were put on, which ruined the entire meal cause all you tasted was salt. The chicken was over fried and overbreaded, which made it like eating rocks. The chicken was crispy and super tasty!
