Had high hopes for this place and the drinks and food were great, just not the service. Not the same when it opened a couple of... years ago. Went with a work group and they only took my coworkers order and didn't put mine in.The food took forever to come outso more drinks can be ordered in the meantime. I notifed the one of the waitresses who immediately went to go cry to the managerwhen I mentioned what was wrong politely. He came up rude and put the blame on me when I had already dropped the situation. Theydidn't coordinate with each other and had the audacity to still argue with me when in front of my peers who were watching. Musthave been a bad day to look at your books my guy. Work on your staff and soft skills, literally has to wave off the guy since hewas just trying to continue the argument. Super unprofessional and awful service, if I could give this place no stars I would. Never going again. First, the music inside... was so annoying that we had to go outside. Fine. For every round we literally had to go inside and ask for another drink becausethe staff just didn't acknowledge anyone in the patio area. The beer was cold but I could tell the glass was not washed properlybecause it had a weird smell. The place supposedly closes at 2am, but since we were the last customers there around midnightthey decided to do last call by turning off all the TV's and telling us to finish our drinks and leave. The guy kicking is outwas being so confrontational and rude that I had to de-escalate the situation AND HE WAS THE MANAGER (supposedly). It was clearthat the staff was just waiting around for us to leave so they could go home and I guess they took that out on us. Horrible.This is a sorry excuse for an establishment. One of the worst experiences I?ve had at a restaurant. First off, their menu was out of date. Only had US and Mexican beer, even... though their menu showed beers from other countries. Music was so loud inside, so we sat outside. Service was unresponsive. Weordered the McCarthy Snack Mix. The waitress did not give us a choice of flavor for wings, however she did warn us that therewere no mozzarella sticks in stock so she was going to replace them with jalapeño poppers. When the platter came out, they hadreplaced 4 out of the 6 items with poppers without letting us know. The wings were pretty good, but salty dog cocktail wasterrible. Read more
I went there this past Thurs. and the music was very annoying. I've been there when the music has been better. We ordered the... burger meal. Bacon was flappy, it wasn't crisp how bacon is supposed to be. It was a almost raw. The onion rings and frieswere good. They had 50% some drinks. I asked if the frozen margarita was already premade. The waiter assured me they make thedrinks when requested. The margarita I got tasted like water w a bit of lime flavor. It was horrible! Ambience is good. Read more
Super slow service, no acknowledgement. Had to stop a server to tell them I need to order after 10 minutes sitting at the bar.... Bartender no smile at the whole 28 minutes I was there. Very disappointed, then I get home and my burger was not as I hadpreviously received that type of burger. For that I could had gone to Wendy's. First time here and this place is good. I ordered the Mexican burger, fried mushrooms, and a Negra Modelo. This place is an... Irish Pub and they didn't have their Guiness tap working. I understand that sometimes the tap breaks, but they didn't have anyother Irish beers. The habanero ranch is no joke. Read more
Never again! You can smell the restroom all the way to the bar,or maybe the bar itself with a kick of humidity! And to tap it... off and made it worst...
