This KFC (off Boca Chica in Brownsville) is a lot better than the Brownsville location off Alton Gloor. The staff is nice and... actually helpful. The food tasted fresh and not reheated. This KFC had a variety of package meals available ????. Watch outwith their spicy bowls. Excellent combination in the bowl but they aren't kidding. Spicy bowls are made for picante experts. If i could rate 0 i would!! Bad customer service did not receive change or receipt. I'm not sure who the lady was , but i think... she is the manager.a male Cashier told me to park to wait for my food. Then she yelled no so i waited for the food & she trewthe bag from where they prepare the food to drive thru window. & she yelled @ the cashier to give me bag!! & in the order camenashville hot tenders & i guess when she trew the bag from far away when it landed the nashville hot tenders box flipped &nashville hot sauce was dripping all over the bag. They waited until we arrived to pack up everything so it was hot and fresh for us to take home.
Excellent, I always go in for a fresh potpie, even if I have to wait 20 to 25 mins. It's worth the wait. Team members were nice... and polite. Read more

I'm very disappointed because I Picked up through the drive through chicken tender and they are awful. They don't even looked... crispy they look naked. This was on Brownsville Texas on Boca Chica .I find it unfair when they do charge a lot for the 16 PCcombo. Didn't wanted to let them know since my 13 year old told me "Don't say anything mom because they will give you somethingelse and maybe they spit on it " Which made me rethink and since I was in a hurry to a doctor's appointment I couldn't go backand ask for my money.Besides I will just not go again but I fell disappointed because I really used to enjoy eating theremonth's ago. 2/23/22 9 pm. As soon as I placed my order, like 7 mts later, my Doordash delivery person calls me and tells me that KFC is... asking if I prefer crispy chicken instead of the original because it was gonna take time to cook. It was obvious they didnt wantto make more chicken. My kids wanted original chicken since we hadnt had kfc for more than 5 years. Chicken looked gross. Theoriginal breading that we craved looked disgusting, sloppy. Biscuits were cold and dry. NEVER again! Read more
Came here to the kfc on boca Chica Blvd. Because my daughter's wanted kfc and when we go to order I asked for a 12 pc crispy all... dark they say they dont have it but they could do half crispy half original. Then they tell me they don't have enough to cover a12 PC and it would take 35-40 minutes. Never have I been to a chicken establishment that doesn't have enough chicken to cover a12 PC family meal. Come on kfc your in the chicken business this type of thing should not be happening. Read more
