Staff was friendly and attentive. Food is fresh and delicious compared to other jack n box In the valley. Really recommend the... sourdough double meat baconator...make sure to add lettuce and tomatoes...fast and friendly service. Worth going. Read more
Just went to this jack in the box, and right away Victor's attitude was off. My husband ordered a #4 plain with just cheese and... medium curly fries. We get to the window and of course the guy again with his attitude charges us 7.45 for a burger and frieswith no drink and no receipt. Sure enough my husband says I bet our order is wrong, I still give him the benefit of the doubtand wait till I get home. I get home and yes, our burger has mayo, lettuce, and tomato. At this point it is 2:29 am and I am notgoing to go back and argue with a guy who is probably the one in charge. I will wait later on in the day to take back the wrongorder that will NOT be eaten. As far as the food goes I have no complaints and I've always had good quality food when buying from this establishment. The only... downside I've had occasionally with the Jack-in-the-Box specifically is them getting my order partially wrong a few times in thepast, and me having to come back and have them correct the order. First time coming to this jack in the box, never again???? asked for two orders of fries and they are all stale and hard like a... rock, to bad it won?t let me post the video of how it sounds!!!
