Service was rude. We ordered a mixed 24 pk of minis and they just threw them into a bag, not the box they normally use. And only... put pumpkin (eeew), chocolate, and a few blueberry. They could have at least said they had limited flavors, or told us what wasavailable, and let us decide if we wanted that. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Read more
Their coffee is great and in my opinion decent if not better than the pricier competition; you get more for less when it comes... to buying coffee here. The staff here is always attentive and happy to help; shoutout to one of the associates/manager Monique,shes always greets and makes me feel appreciated as a customer! Decided to go into the store since there was a long drive thru. The store was very dirty. There was spilled coffee and napkins... in the entrance. Crumbs in the beverage and sitting area. We waited for 20min for a medium iced coffee. Five people walked outafter no one attended them. The employees didn?t even bother to greet anyone. There were at least seven employees and all lookedlike they were avoiding the front of the store. Read more

I've been to Dunkin's a few times. And I'll say that my orders have been on point ????. Today, I ordered the Multi Grain bagel... with a Cold Brew. The lady helping me was friendly explaining nicely the flavors they have to offer, such as syrups and coldfoam for my coffee. My bagel was not burnt, and my coffee was tasty. Reading from the other reviews, I think I might check myorder before I drive away( just in case) But so far, I've had tasty food and coffee. Read more
I've had several issues with Dunkin in the past year, from missing egg in my orders, getting bacon instead of sausage or not... getting my pastries and for some reason I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves, but the past two visits, I've beengetting burnt food. Ordered a chocolate croissant last week and it was burnt. Ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and achocolate croissant today and both were burnt. Someone needs to train them on how to toast croissants. Burnt croissants arenot appetizing and they are hard. Read more
Please save your time and money, we ordered an iced mocha and cappuccino and we got watered down bitter coffee and 2%milk. I... usually try to find at least 3 good things from places I visit. The only thing good here was the drive through customer serviceand the donut. I chose not to go back for a refund because I didn't have time. Read more
Incompetent would best describe the staff at this location. I stopped to grab a regular coffee. I asked the girl a simple... question, "is it dark or medium roast?" She said "I don't know, I'm not sure, what do you mean?" She calls her back up andasked him, he said "I'm not sure, it's what ever we have. These people can answer a simple question regarding coffee. I willdefinitely not waste my time or money at this place again. If you want coffee go to Starbucks or make it at home. Read more
