The food was alright. The customer service was horrible. The music too loud, we could barely have a conversation. Thankfully... they stopped playing for the majority of the time we were there. Music was good tho. Just way too loud for a restaurant. Wewaited over 10-15 minutes for our check. It never arrived so I had to go inside and hunt our waitress for it. I had ordered awater (I did had a drink) and the water never arrived. Wanted another drink but at that point I just didn?t order it. Waiter wasincredibly slow. Good selection of menu items. We received great service. The margaritas were very good. It was chilly the evening we were... there and they do not have patio heaters. It does sit in one one of Brownsville's popular resacas so it's very scenic. Read more
Had the Chicken Madera. A little flavorless. The sauce, the oil/butter had separated. Probably because it's overheated, lost the... ability to emulsify. Mind you, it was my first time there. Also had the Tortilla soup ????, just a red sauce full of cheese.Perhaps other dishes might be better. My husband had the Cobble burger.
