Window cashier had bad attitude didn't hand me money she threw it in my hand. Had a face like she was upset.it is so obvious... that she doesn't know anything about customer courtesy. Napkins she placed in bag were all thrown in there my drink tasted awfulthru it away. Read more

Wouldn't take the same coupon that was given to me from the same burger King. Called the next day and manager said they do... accept their coupon but it was. A mistake by night crew maybe but I still wasted my gas which is outrageous at ghis time. Read more

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HATED IT SO MUCH IT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DO NOT ORDER A BIG ORDER BECAUSE THEY WILL GET IT... WRONG. I had an order with chicken nuggets, and my sister did too, and they gave my sister 7 nuggets and only me 4. Then theyMADE MY MOTHER GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AGAIN WHEN SHE WANTED TO ADD A JALAPEÑO TO HER ORDER... A JALAPEÑO... A DANGJALAPEÑO. Bad, bad, really bad upon given this place so many chances that they might improve for the better BUT nope I was very wrong.... Lets start with managers, just because the owner is not around they already took boss position and no, who made them president,lol. 1. To strict tells works how incompetent performance, moves worker aside and manger deal orders without correcting workerat the office away from public. This is embarrassing. 2. Getting the orders so dead wrong so many times just got sick to mynerve. 3. Cleanness inside depends sometime clean and others days dirty. But this is awful closing dinning room, how dare themthey do that for I don't know maybe it's dirty. 4. Staff I could hear thier conversation and boy who cares to hear them havingboyfriend girlfriend issues and gets the orders wrong. Lost of appetite 5. The good workers were rare in this restaurant butsoon to hear from them no more, what happened to them. I tell you bad managers or favoritism. You know I could go on the list.I'll stop here. There's something going on in this place rather it's the managers or workers or owners rule list apart from thecity polices could be all together who knows. They took 10 minutes to take our order because they kept taking and fulfilling drive through orders, and they took their sweet... time while doing it. The girl making the hamburger wasn't wearing gloves while making it and had a real attitude.
