The only good thing about this store is the fast service. However there is a clear false advertisement. I tried to use a coupon... which stated "one per customer" I requested to do 2 seperate orders and was granted that request. Just to be told the couponsare one per vehicle. When I pointed that out, the employee just said "yea ok" Terrible. I had to go through the drive thru andhad my passenger get off in order to use both coupons. Even then, while my passenger was inside the lady at the window wasstaring at her with an angry look. Read more
the coupons never work they have zero consistency and when asked why the drive through girl June was extremely rude the moment I... said I was using a coupon after asking why she responded ? I don?t know what you want me to tell you? Every person deserves tobe treated with respect and it?s not right to talk to paying customers that way and make them feel less then because they areusing a coupon. I'd like to give a shout out to an new employee named Denise thank you so much for understanding my order. I got off and ordered... because I specifically requested my burger to be hot with the cheese melted and not cold. Because that's the way it should beand not made in a hurry all cold. It should be with all orders not just mine and you would have alot of happy customers for theprice of the burger and a nice hot meal. Just passed by drive thru and the lady taking our order was rude and had an attitude. They didn?t let us do two separate orders... so Jo went inside to ask for the other order and the lady at the front also had an attitude. If they simply don?t feel likeworking there they can quit and go somewhere else. They have no need to treat there customers with such bad customer service. Read more
