I was quoted a fifteen minute cook time for one pretzel, which is perfectly fine. What wasn't fine was I waited 25 minutes for a... garlic parmesan pretzel that was cooked on a pan that had cinnamon sugar, therefore I waited 25 minutes for a sugary garlickypretzel that was inedible and disgusting. And when I asked about my pretzel at 15 minutes, the worker acted like she didn't careand was rude.
