Esme took our order on Red Cup day (4 different orders, came in a group), out of 4 of the orders, my friends ordered 2 holiday... drinks. Somehow she didn't know Toasted White Mocha is a holiday drink, because she didn't give us any red cupsinitally. Though, to give her credit I feel like she might've been new. I wanted to use my partner discount for my friendsorder, and she was insistant that it was for "family only" which I've never heard of such a thing, I just know it can be used ifYOU are the paying, and if YOU are there. which I was... so she wouldnt let me use it? Out of 4 orders, she rang in 2 orderswrong. I asked for matcha, she put in chai. My friend asked for no whipped cream, the sticker had added whip. We had to go backup to fix our orders, which is fine, mistakes happen all the time! But they just kept piling on.. After my first drink I wantedto try a toasted white mocha with irish cold foam. A nice coworker of hers, Brian I believe, rang my order in and gave me aholiday cup for my holiday drink. That's when we realized she didn't give us our holiday cups for the 2 holiday drinks myfriends ordered. We went up to Esme and asked her why we didn't get holiday cups for 2 ordered holiday drinks. She said thatToasted White Mocha wasn't a holiday drink.. maybe she actually didn't know (again, might've been new) but I feel like she justdidn't like us.. Brian gave us the cups. Of course after going back up over and over again and complaining (I swear we weren'ttrying to be THOSE people, there was just alot..) as my friend walked away with our red cups (that they should've given themwhen we got the holiday drinks) I look back and see the glare of the staff. Extremely disappointed. The female cashier Esme was extremely rude to me and my friends for no reason. I ordered a holiday drink... and asked about a red cup and the cashier said it wasn?t a holiday drink and refused my request. I came up again and she saidshe didn?t think she even took my order. Love the open atmosphere here. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Service is always great even if they make a faux pas they're... quick to fix it. Drinks are always delicious whether you go in or get them in the drive-thru. Thanks for the great service! Read more

They have been really slow lately. I don't know if it is because of new staff that don't know what to do well enough or what... the issue is. There are plenty of people working. I ordered today at 6:50 and didn't get everything until 7:15. Last week itwas almost 45 minutes. Food is always done quickly but the drinks were slooooow. There are 3 Starbucks within a few blocks ofeach other. This one used to be the best but I may have to try the others again. Also, getting out of the parking lot here isa nightmare. Read more
