Food came fast and was hot. Order was almost perfect, 1 pizza wasn?t square cut but it?s not a big deal.
First pizza was swimming in a pool of grease so I called them and they acted like they knew exactly who and what it was... regarding and offered a store credit when obviously I was hungry so they remade one with less pepperoni but still didn't tastelike it was cooked thoroughly like the first one wasn't and then the counter person who I previously tipped almost 50 percenthad to blame me by telling me to order light pepperoni next time because that's where the grease comes from , really well maybeif they didn't make them half raw and the crust so paper thin and properly cooked it the full proper amount you need to turnmaybe just maybe you can get a decent pizza otherwise stick to frozen pizza with all the pepperoni you want that doesn't leave apool of grease that's the only way you can get a good pizza for take out around here! Except for Papa's Italian but it'scarryout only but worth it, I uninstalled Papa John's from my phone from that major huge gross inappropriate experience! I walked in with out placing order in advance, I found the staff to be quite energetic and determined to perform their jobs... enthusiastically. Within 10 minutes of placing order I left with the pizzas, kudos to staff at the Brownsburg location, theyhave accomplished what other establishments aspire to be, harmonious and dedicated to customer service., Read more
Haven?t had Papa Johns in a long time. I was delighted the pizza was just a good as I remembered it to be! I was very pleased... with the call center ordering system. I called and got right through, customer service was wonderful and my pizza was deliveredon time, hot and fresh. Read more
I ordered two pizzas from them. Both with extra sauce and cheese. One was fine, but the other was thin, dry, and barely had... any cheese on it at all, even thought I'd payed for extra. When I called to tell them, they said they would remake it and sendit back out. Which they did, however, their driver did not bother to ring my doorbell or knock on the door. By the time Ihappened to look out and see it just sitting there, it was stone cold. I didn't bother to call them back on this, I just won'tbe going back. Worst pizza and worst customer service I have ever gotten from pizza delivery. Update: I ordered pizza fromthem again, and again they screwed up.
