Friendly service yeah right. We ordered a pizza, sub, & bread sticks for takeout and it said our order would be ready in 30 mins... we ordered and paid online. We waited 30 mins and went to pickup our order. When we got there we were told our order was upnext. It would be like 10 mins. Ok cool. Other customers coming in to pick up their orders and their getting it and leaving.Wewaited 40 mins. Everytime we asked how much longer we were either told it was coming up next or they ignored us. We weregetting ready to ask for a refund and then before we did they finally brought our order out. We know restaurants especiallypizza places are busy but to tell us it's coming up while handing other customers their orders is wrong. We didn't have a bigorder either. It's ridiculous. It's sad because the pizza was decent but for the customer service it's a no. We will not beordering from them again. Read more

The service was good and the pizza was served in 15 minutes. I would give a higher rating but I was disappointed that a large 16... inch pizza, 2 fountain drinks, and 5 bread sticks totaled 29.46 plus tax. And it wasn't a loaded pizza either. Read more
Love their spicy Hawaiian pizza! Not greasy, but don't ask for well done, they cook it a little too long and comes out with a... almost Burt spot on the crust. Subs are good most of the time, but lately they've been too greasy. Read more

Though their pizza is decent and stands out among the other blah pizza places in the area, the service most recently is... terrible. My husband called in to order a pizza and breadsticks and they told him it would take 30 to 45 minutes. I came in topick it up, I paid IN CASH and they told me to wait another 25 minutes. An hour after my husband initially placed the order,they told me it would be another 10 minutes in the oven. I'd had enough and said I wanted my money back. This was after i askedif the pizzas that had been placed on the rack were my order. She was browsing her phone and not paying attention. Then theysaid my card would be credited back. I said I'd paid with cash. Then they asked how much it was and I said I didn't have areceipt because they didn't give me one. Thankfully I remembered how much I gave them in cash and they gave me my money back.Then another girl behind the counter said we ordered just before the rush which makes no sense because then we would have thepizza. I said I work in customer service too and that instead of making excuses, they should be making it right. We will neverbe back.
