This was our first time to eat at Marcos. Pizza and cheese bread was good. 4.5 stars would be more appropriate. Reduction... because as they have tables to dine in, there was no ice and only warm bottled beverages available. Sign on door indicatedreduced hours etc due to lack of staff. One pizza, one salad, one order of cheesy bread. The pizza was fine. The salad lettuce was brown. The canned mushrooms, spinach,... and interestingly also the lettuce were slimy enough to be inedible. The total order to deliver time was 68 minutes with an 8minute drive. Somehow, in that 60 minute prep time span, the bread was delivered slightly above room temperature AND completelyraw. My wife called to request a partial refund for the food that we were unable to eat. She was hung up on. We record all ofour calls automatically. On second call attempt the first statement was "uhhhhhhh, well we just made it so it can't be brown."I've included a picture in lieu of an in person presentation. The second statement was that I would be refunded when thedelivery driver finished his rounds. Perhaps the first few people on that round recieved hot food. We may never know the answerto that, but we do know that I will have much more to say if my refund does not show up on my account.
