This Culver's has earned my 5 star review. I came in with a group of 3 adults and 4 children. They weren't very busy at the... time. The woman at the counter (I wish I remembered her name!) Was very kind and patient as she took our custard orders. We wentto sit down and wait, and while we were waiting she came over and gave us some free swag leftover from an event they had theweek prior. She left again and very quickly came back with our custard. Even though we had mostly paid with free custardvouchers, the customer service was immaculate. Thank you, random culver's lady. Read more
This restaurant is starting to improve. Last review of this place was poor. Recently, they have hired better quality people to... work including friendliness. The food quality has gone up a lot. The dining area remains a problem for the staff to keepclean. Read more
I've never had a bad experience at any Culver's I've been to, and I've visited many of them. My guess is that the corporate... office has a good attitude and outlook because it's reflected by the staff everywhere. I also like the menu. One of the biggestmistakes a chain restaurant makes is trying to offer everything. Culver's sticks to custardice cream and burgers, with a fewextra things on the side - and they do those things well. Oh, and they still have static menus. I'm not a fan of theseelectronic screens that change every 10 seconds when I'm trying to decide what to order. A couple more positives They havebooths and tables. I really like having both options. And finally, no piped in music and either no or very few TVs - with nosound. My hearing isn't the best and I usually eat out to meet friends. I highly recommend. Read more
Avoid the pints in the cooler that pre-made for $5. They have goodies just on the very top but the rest of the pint is just... plain old icecream. So it's trickery. Disappointed. Read more
This place amazes me. Unbelievable busy and yet they move people through quickly and friendly. There food is really good, at... least what I order. I would give them a 5 but I am a French fry nut and most of the times their fries are wimpy. Not very crispand a little "soft." Burgers and fish, onion rings are great. Highest quality fast food burger n fry joint. It's a little more expensive, takes a little longer, but is so worth it. Always... cooked well with attention to detail and service is always friendly. Read more
Hello there! ???? This was my very 1st time at this location in Brownsburg, Indiana & I live in Brownsburg, Indiana & it was... very nice! I have autism & I use a walker & they opened the restaurant door for me. When I ordered my meal, the lady cashierhelped me with getting my drink, getting my Ketchup, napkins, salt ???? & pepper. And put it on my table. When I got my food, itwas not right, I took it back to the counter & they made it right food I wanted. It was really hot & delicious! I willdefinitely be back here. Read more
I let them eat inside.... we really went back so my kids could use those free scoop of custard coupons they get with the kid's... meal that I never let them have or we are in the drive thru so they can't... I also ordered a large cheese curds- because wewere getting all the free scoops and so that there would be what I call "actual food" in their bellies along with desserts!
