Absolutely no safety measures are taken while making the pizza. No hair nets , gloves or masks . I was using my summer rewards... when I was going to try a slice of pizza, besides the handling of the pizza the cashier took a bite of pizza and her tooth fellout that afternoon. Let?s just say gas stations should keep the pizza making to pizza restaurants ! Read more
This was the first time ordering pizza from Casys. i was using the app to order. My order number #068105486. After i paid and... placed my order, i get a call from "Cory" saying "uhh the kitchen is closed." We told him that according to the website, itshould be open until 11:30. But ok. I asked if i would get a refund because he could not make my order. Cory said "uhh, i dontknow" EXCUSE ME?!? REALLY? So now im out 38.04 and no dinner! And guess i will have to call to find someone who knows what theyare doing to get my refund?? If you are gonna close that early, you should have either the ability to refund money or know whoto speak to or at the very least the skills to speak to a customer professionally. Not just leave a customer with a TFS! ALLWELL. No apology, no anwsers. Dont think i will order here again. Read more
Ordered two breakfast pizzas. No sauce was on them. Called Casey?s and they said the sauce was layered. They lied. I have... ordered the same thing before but I will just go somewhere else. They made a mistake and they won?t own up to it. Read more
Love this Casey?s location! If you ever need cheap, quality gas, a quick bite to eat, or some delicious snacks, Casey?s is the... place to go. With a wide variety of snacks, and a great selection of different products from toiletries to motor oil, thislocation seems to have it all. I would highly recommend this location over gas stations such as British Patroleum, the fact thatthey were responsible for the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico makes me weary of their business to begin with. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza on 6/27/2021. The pizza arrived, and it was thrown into the box stacked on top of each other,... cheese laying on the bottom of the box, and cold. I will absolutely be reporting this. It?s a disgrace anyone would serve foodthat way. I also have pictures. Read more
The last time I got breakfast pizza from this location I got very sick. It was undercooked, I realized after I had already eaten... the slice. And most recently I got a couple slices of pizza for my daughter and I. The pizza was very greasy. I usually lovecasey's pizza. I'm just disappointed. I hope they didn't change the original recipe and that's why it hasn't been as good thelast couple times. Read more
