Is it just me or have the garlic twists and the parmesan twists shrunk in size??? The twists are half the size they used to be... but the price is still the same! I got an order the other day and they were so tiny. Also why is there an option for how youwould like it cooked (Normal Bake/Well Done) if no one pays attention to it? I like my pizza cooked well done and almost burntto give it the crisp that I enjoy. I always click well done and it never arrives that way. I?ve even called before it was inoven and asked them to be sure they burn it and of course it wasn?t done. Read more
They?re great when their lackluster staff miraculously gets orders right. I ordered contactless and they didn?t live up to that... and today I ordered again and NEVER received my food. It took them an hour to make a single sandwich and they said it must havebeen stolen because it was delivered and that it?s MY fault I never got my food. Robert, especially, was quite rude. Read more
Ordered online after working 10 hours out of town and when I get my pizza they've added jalapeños!! Manager wasn't even trying... to apologize all he could say was I can remake it or give you a refund!!! Maybe had you approached the situation differently the outcome would have been different. I know now to order pizza in Lubbock! Read more
Wow. The pizza was AMAZING, it's right next to the hotel I stayed at so it's super convenient and it tasted AMAZING. The pizza... we ordered was, a large Hawaiian split half with sausage, then a medium pepperoni, and a small buffalo chicken. the buffalochicken was INSANE i loved it. it definitely left me satisfied.
