After a long day at work, I was hungry and stopped by to get a couple subs for me and the family. Your hours are posted open... until 9, so when I walk in at 8:25, imagine my disappointment when I'm told 'sorry, our steamers are already shut down, youcan't get a hot sandwich'. Haven't been to a Firehouse subs in a few years but remember enjoying them. Stopped in today for a New York Steamer sub and... honestly it wasn't all that great. The sandwich was put together sloppily and the meat wasn't even warm. The uncooked fat on thecorned beef was pretty heavy and if I wasn't super hungry I doubt I would have finished the sub. I was concerned that thequality of food would go down after Restaurant Brands International bought Firehouse last year but I didn't think it would bethis fast. ???? Read more
Ordered the roast beef sub and it was great! Ordered the Turkey with no mustard and it had mustard!!! They forgot my pickle... too!!! I ordered chili and it was disgusting! Looked like dog food! If I could give this establishment a zero I would. Employee attitude is so negative. They definitely don't want to be there.... The food was so substandard because of their attitude. They were supposed to toast the bread on my cheese steak sub but theyjust couldn't be bothered. Turned out mushy when I opened it up. Gross. Read more

WALKED INTO RESTAURANT WAS NOT GREETED, EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A DIRTY HOODIE WITH A HOOD ON HER HEAD. WHEN I APPROACHED THE... REGISTER TO ORDER THE EMPLOYEE STILL DIDNT SAY ANYTHING. I THEN ASKED ?CAN I ORDER?? SHE SNARLED ? IM WAITING ON YOU!? TO WHICHI TURNED AROUND AND EXITED THE BUSINESS WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE.
