First time here. I ordered the hamburger with cheese. What I loved about the burger is that it was well done and still juicy,... which is how I love them to be. The burger was seasoned well. The bun was lightly toasted. It was a good burger, not the bestburger, but good. I would enjoy returning and trying some of their other food next time that I am in the area. This was my first visit to Sandy's and I really enjoyed it. The food was great, the young lady waiting on our table was on top... of her game, portions were large and prices were a little lower than normal for the area. This little gem was great! Stopped here for lunch while in Broussard and was definitely not disappointed. I had trouble deciding... what to get because everything looke amazing. There are daily playe lunches and specials along with a menu of burgers poboysetc. I ordered the fried shrimp poboy and couldn't believe how big it was and how well it was prepared. This little place proves beyond a shadow of a doubt, you can cook a burger all the way... showing absolutely no pink yet, the burger remain juicy enough to use napkins cuz it dribbles down your chin.
