Was given a raw turkey burger and they didn't add my chicken to my salad.

First, my waitress, a girl with very short hair, was very polite and professional and I thought she did a good job. The name on... the receipt I received is listed as tiffany, so I'm assuming that was my waitresses name. Thank you tiffany, you were a delight.I appreciated that you owned up to the delay we had with my fries and quickly went into the kitchen to resolve the issue, nicelydone! I purchased the bison burger which overall was a good burger, the grease from my burger made the bottom bun soggy whichwas not ideal but I do appreciate a juicy burger. If the bottom bun would have been toasted a little longer, I doubt the bottombun would have gotten that soggy so quickly. I found that the lettuce was a little excessive given that I had lettuce upwards of3 in around the entire perimeter of the burger. After a couple of bites in, I was able to wrap the lettuce around the entirehamburger patty. One of the patrons at the next table actually commented on the lattice of my burger mentioning that my burgerhad a cute skirt... The Smith fries were awesome! They were probably the highlight of my meal! Personally I would not considerthem cajun fries, but they are very good seasoned fries. Read more
Found this place literally by accident and now is prob one of my favorite places. Let us bring our dog under the pavilion and... treated him like there own and even brought him a hot dog. Loved the atmosphere and the people. Can not wait to go back.Oh...food was amazing also! ???? Read more

My husband and I came here with friends after work to experience pint night for the first time. It was really fun. We got to... play Cornhole and Jenga while trying different local beers and eating fried okra. Everyone was able to find something deliciousthey were interested in eating. This restaurant also participates in the "Eat Fit" app which is made with oschner dieticians.You can order some healthy (and delicious) meals! I got a turkey burger which was amazing. Just decided to try Burgersmith today. I don?t like to try anything new because most times it?s a disappointment. I must say... this was by far the best cheddar cheeseburger I have had in a very long time. Also asked if they could do curbside and they wereable to. That?s another plus. I will be back. Thank you. Excellent customer service and quality for the price?. I would spend an extra $5 for this over any fast food joint, and they?re... still pretty fast if you just getting a burger. 10/10 recommend.
