Two stars because the employees are always nice, however I stopped going because the nuggets kept being undercooked. It?s... happened the last few times, and I usually only order nuggets, so it?s super disappointing. My lunch break is short, so I don?thave time to go inside to ask for new nuggets. People can get sick this way, please cook the food fully. Read more

Terrible experience with this location. We ordered one small chili and one large chili and a baked potato at the drive thru.... Went to the window, picked up the food, checked the bag and we were missing the large chili. My husband went inside and told thecashier we're missing a chili. She said "Oh, we're out of chili" He said well I was charged for it and you guys let us drive offwith one chili. "Well, you'll have to wait 2 hours for the chili" My husband said I'd like to speak to the manager. "The manageris too busy to deal with you" So he got a refund and we left. Read more

I wish I could offer a 0-star rating. This location provided one of the most frustrating and disappointing restaurant... experiences I?ve ever had. I went around 9:30pm on a Sunday. There was no line, which made me happy. This is where the good newsends. I was greeted by multiple voices over the drive thru speaker, at first talking over one another and then decisivelyswitching to just one person, who laughed and changed their voice multiple times while ordering. I came to try and get a freeFrosty (I have a coupon), but was told that the iconic chocolate and vanilla Frosty flavors were unavailable. Only strawberrywas in stock. I declined. I ordered my three-item meal and pulled up to the window. I was told the total and my card was taken -I never got a receipt. I was only given two of the items. I asked if I was charged for the third or not, and the employee tookmy card and just charged me a second time, presumably for the third item that was never put on my first order. There was noapology, no explanation, no concern. Just a charge. After I received the rest of the order, I left. I then found that my frieswere barely lukewarm and mostly soggy, and made the definitive decision never to return to this location. I read the bad reviews after my first visit and could not believe it was the same place. So I went back another time. This... time after 8 PM. A big difference. There were two people leaning on the counter, with their backs to the counter. One ofthem was vaping. I stood there for a long time. Finally the one who was vaping turned her head and then headed to the back. A person who was cleaning the dining area came to take my order. Then the vapor said she was going out side. 4 people juststanding around and the one that was cleaning had to take my order. The fries were crisp but cool. The chicken Nuggets werecold and dry. Good burgers Just can't get the "fresh hot fries" right. Even when I ask, they still serve me old nasty fries. Too bad because... fresh Wendy's fries are great. Read more

0 stars. Never go to this wendys. I love wendys and this is close to my house. I have tried time and time again to give it a... chance. Every single time the food is disgusting. Fries are constantly cold and old. Burger is constantly pink and completelyuncooked. Chicken is constantly rock hard and old. Bacon is rubbery and gross. Half the time items have multiple things wrongwith them. Drive thru takes forever with no one in line. Employees are rude. I seriously don't understand how it is THIS bad.It's actually terrible. I went through the drive thru and I ordered a few things spent $31 and some change. I get home and look in the bags. I?m missing... a single , large fry and my wife got hers, she takes a bite of her single and there?s a piece of hair in it. So I forgot tomention that I called the manager Vicki and told her what I was missing. She said come back and I?ll give you a combo meal. So Iwaste gas driving back over there. Go inside and ask for my money back. I tell her it?s always something wrong every time I comehere. Anyway she gives me half my money back. When they inconvenienced me and my wife. This is a horrible restaurant badmanagement cold food. To boot the manager said she made the burgers go figure. Read more
