Flies and knats all over the food. The lettuce was brown. I probably won't eat this sandwich I just bought ????shoulda canceled... and left. Subway in general has completely gone Downhill. won't be surprised when they close down all together. After too manygross experiences, I definitely won't eat at subway ever again Read more

Subway sandwiches are good. I find the bread a little too light. This particular Subway is a good one.

Staff cannot make any order complete. 3 messed orders in a row. will not re order and will make a post on social media. not... petty but 3 in a row. get staff that want to work and do the job they are paid for. Save the money and do not order. Deliverywill not check order and workers at subway do not care. 10/10 will not order again. Read more

The staff does not know what makes up a BLT. This happened twice in 10 days. The first time I let slide as I thought it a fluke,... but it wasn?t as it happened twice in a row. Ultimately this lands on the manager, but they are stealing from customers. Astandard BLT is 4 slices of bacon per side. If you order and pay for ?double meat?, it is 8 slices per side. Both orders I gottwo 2 (two) slices per side. They are doing it on purpose. On Halloween I ordered again. I had to freeze the movie, pull out myown bacon, cook it and add it too my family?s sandwiches. If I have to do that, you have no reason to exist. Do NOT order fromthis Subway. They are thieves. Vegetables weren't "fresh" they looked like they had been sitting out for a WHILE . One of the employees did all the work while... the other stood by the register on his phone texting the whole time. At one point another customer came up to ask for napkinsbecause their station was a complete mess and pretty much out of everything and he was so into his phone he didn't even hear theguy until he had asked for a third time! I am so sorry but somebody really needs to come in and hold these people accountableand get the place running like it should. The guy doing all the work was nice and you could tell he was frustrated with theother employee but did the best he could. Read more

Showed up with four kids of various ages, each of whom wanted something different in terms of meal type, so I know it can get... confusing, but the employees acted annoyed that I was trying to get the orders right for each. Then they tried to short us oncookies, which they were practically out of anyway (pro tip- don't leave cookies broken into fragments in the case). Themeatballs were burnt and hard. They didn't give us any napkins. There were no unsweetened tea or juice drinks. This had to bethe worst Subway in the area. Read more

I asked the lady if they had a veggie patty. She mumbled no. I didn't hear she gives me a look like what do you want. So I ask... again do you have veggie patties? She yelled at me, I said no. I asked her you told me that the last time I came. She said thesecond time again we don't have veggie patties. Mind you this was two weeks later, I went back in. I said to her you could havesaid it nicer. I asked her for her name she walked away, she wasn't wearing a nametag. Than I stood for a sandwich she walkedaway from me and goes into the back. I waited for a bit, before she came back up front. She was just unpleasant the whole time.Never have I had such bad customer service at a subway. If you can't keep something in stock, than take it off your menu. Pleasedon't yell at the customer for asking if you have something. Please, tell her to be nice to the customers. Read more
