I've had 4 consecutive visits to this store where I've sworn never to return. I should have stuck with that. Today I thought it... was convenient and it had been a month since my last visit and was worth a shot. I ordered black coffee thinking 'you can'tscrew that up' but I was wrong. It's chunky. When i went to pour it into my insulated cup it was full of grounds. I had to dumpit out. Last visit they gave my coffee to the car in front of me and chatted for 2 minutes before the car handed the coffee backto the barista and drove off. The barista handed me the coffee. I had to dump that coffee out too. So if you like throwing moneyin the street, this is the Starbucks for you! When I called the manager to complain he told me I was unprofessional LOL!Negative 10 stars. Drive to I25 and go to the Starbucks in Thornton or West to Lafayette. This isn't where you want to be. Extra star because you can tell the employees are doing their best and they're always so nice, but this location is constantly... closing early or closing their lobby unexpectedly. Clearly something is not working. It's a busy location so it's disappointingthat it's not being managed well. Very inconvenient. Read more

First off I absolutely love most of the staff at this location, they are always so awesome and pleasant to deal with. Always... asking how I'm doing even though they don't have too and just interacting with me always when I come in. I usually come visit onmy lunch break and it's great to decompress and just talk to some wonderful people. Why the two star rating though? Well let'sget into that. I usually come on my lunch as it's the only time a day I can. But every time I come in it seems that they arealways short staffed with only 2 or 3 employee's working with a long line. I can tell they are overwhelmed, I've worked incustomer service for over 10 years so I can tell even when majority of people can't. But one thing I do notice is that everytime I do come, it seems their Boss is always sitting down and not helping out. When I was a shift lead at a previous job IALWAYS made sure that as a leader it was my job to help out so that my staff didn't feel like they were drowning and helped outbefore doing my other things. It's such a shame to watch these fantastic people struggle and do their best when they are NOTreceiving that support from someone whose job is to support them. Customer service is already tough, I just wish there wassomething I could do since I feel they already do so much for me when I come to visit. I hope after this review they can getthat help and support from their Boss and get that help that they should be getting. Nothing is worse then terrible managementespecially in customer service. Employees are always so sweet (I live next to this location so it's my go-to) but you can tell their overworked during rush.... (although they ALWAYS ask how I'm doing and make it an effort to chat) just screams poor management. :( Read more

Not one to leave a bad review but don?t order here? orders always get messed up but this morning I really felt the lack of... customer service. I ordered a venti matcha lemonade. I was handed a tall matcha lemonade. I explained to the barista my order iswrong (as usual). I witnessed him turn around & just fill a venti cup with more ice & add some lemonade. They truly do not careto give you the right drink.. or to even say good morning. Read more

I'm not one to leave reviews for a Starbucks, but this is a great location in particular. Great ambience and really nice staff.... If you're working out of this Starbucks for a while, they'll bring you water and ensure you stay hydrated (in addition to doingtheir service with a friendly smile). Folks here are really nice and they deserve a good review at the very least. Thank you forwhat you all are doing - working your best in close quarters (during the pandemic) to serve coffee to this community and keepingit energized! Read more

I go here about 4 times a week. Usually twice a week my breakfast sandwiches are still frozen on the inside. I also always get... an iced chai and half the time it?s just cold milk. I barely taste any chai and the color is almost white. I always try toconvince myself it?ll get better but it?s constantly disappointing and I don?t have time to go back through the line.
