Chicken was absolutely terrible. Me and my mother both got the California Chicken the chicken was a very odd consistency it was... very chewy. Once I took the patty off I tried to pull it apart the chicken was hard to pull apart. All in all it was odd. Iended up just eating the sandwich without the chicken patty. We did complain at the end not even looking for a discount just toalert the staff of this issue but the waitress gave us a small discount. I?m not sure what?s going on with your chicken butdefinitely check it out. I?ve never once had a bad experience here so I?m pretty disappointed in this experience especially forthe price of everything (we spent around $70 for three people?!). Pretty outrageous to be honest. The food was excellent and our server was attentive and considerate! However the manager did leave something to be desired?. ... Specifically he asked us to pay immediately while not bringing us our physical checks and telling us to use the QR scanner thatdidn?t actually work. I know it doesn?t, I tried it and I only saw the menu and no option to pay anywhere. The manager made noattempt to give us our checks and watched us as though we would leave without paying. If my money is not as good as otherfamilies, then a polite person would keep that to themselves. Our server was apologetic, but a bad manager is frankly a badmanager. The manager then followed my family to our cars and inspected the checks as soon as we left our table as if wecommitted a crime or are ?undesirables?. Server and food was wonderful. The manager came out to tell us that we needed to pay and leave immediately. We payed in full,... and tipped our server wonderfully. The manager followed us out to the parking lot as if we were going to do anythingthreatening. (We are all servers at a local restaurant.) we felt as if he was monitoring us for no reason. We are GOOD payingcustomers and shouldn?t have been treated this way. My family and I will not be dining here again and would recommend this onlyto anyone who wants their nice day ruined. Read more

The food was great, the endless fries were great, the wait staff was friendly and consistent. I had a great experience ????

The wait staff was great but the food was not. I would give the staff 5 stars, like thy were on top of the drinks like none... other. The food was disappointing though and would be on the 1 to 2 star range. Like we paid extra for the garlic fries, but allof the oil and garlic was on the bottom and there was very little cheese. I'm not sure what method they were using to dress thefries, but there was no even coating on them which is expected when you tell someone that something is flavored, it better beflavored. The chick strips were plain with no seasoning in the batter. It was just like the chicken you can get at the store andheat in the oven. I know the staff only have so much control over the food since it's a chain, but thefood needs a lot of help. Read more
