It's concerning that it takes the employees more time to get a frozen lemonade from the premade machine than the fried chicken.... Everything tasted like it has been sitting for 2 hours plus. The fries feel and taste like they've been in an air fryer threetimes over. Read more
I'm normally not the one to write bad reviews but wow wow wow wow. First I tried to order two of the spicy crispy chicken... sandwiches without pickles and they tell me that it's a 20 minute wait because they're pre-made then I go to order popcornshrimp and to my surprise the popcorn shrimp is not even crispy. The shrimp doesn't even taste like shrimp it's I were eatingrubber from how they have probably been sitting there for a long time. I personally will never ever go to that Popeyes again. Read more
Absolute worst Popeyes I?ve been to, and that?s saying something. First off, it doesn?t matter what you order? cause they?ll... ring it up correctly, but still not give it to you. Every time I come here they get almost everything wrong. Mostly recentlythough, I had a new experience. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, and go figure? they didn?t give me the sandwich. Justthe side. I went inside after leaving the drive thru, where I had to wait 20 minutes prior, just for them to tell me they didn?tgive it to me because they didn?t have anymore chicken breasts. Okay? so you let me pay for it, knew you didn?t have it, andproceeded to not provide an alternative? Makes no sense. Last time I went here they literally had no food. Chicken sandwich? no. Fried chicken? no. Mac and Cheese? no. ... Biscuits? no. It was 7:30pm on a Sunday night, when they are open until 10pm. I understand that staffing issues and supplyissues are real, but you can make some biscuits and Mac and cheese. We ordered some chicken tenders that were obviously hoursold and tasted god awful.
