I have NEVER given a bad review online but this place is ridiculous. Tonight I am staying at a hotel in Broomfield for work. Due... to not having a car, I decided to order delivery. I unfortunately didn?t receive my complete order. Fine, people make mistakes.I have been in the food industry most my life so I understand. But when I called the location, I was told I could come pick upthe items they forgot. She said I couldn?t get any refund of the order because the items were side items. She then put me onhold for over 10 minutes. Not exaggerating. I eventually hung up and just ate my cold and worst Papa John?s pizza I have everhad. For almost a $40 order (which included delivery & tip) I would expect more for one large pizza and the 3 extra orders ofpepperonis they forgot. I didn?t even want a refund. Driver was super rude. Threw or pizza and drink on the porch before I could answer the door and our two liter was leaking. Would... not recommend this location. Would give zero stars if possible. I ordered in advanced for carry out for a birthday party. I ordered 8 pizzas. The least the could of done was cut the pizza... correctly. My guest had to literally rip each slice with their hands. This is the second time my hubby and I ordered pizza from Papa John's, and the second time we got stellar service, and awesome... pizza, FOR LESS THAT $20.00!!!! I find it hard to believe, but AGAIN, it was such an easy process, and we are literally rightaround the corner from them, so stupid easy to place a pick-up order, and even include a more than 20% tip, and be eating before30 minutes has passed!! I find it incredible, considering the last time we ordered from TWO OTHER pizza joints, a couple SMALLERPIES WITH COUPLE TOPPINGS, came to $46.+. ZERO STARS! My husband (last name: Clark) placed an online order for pizza tonight. After it was placed, the estimated time... until delivery was listed as 120-140 mins. He promptly called the store to attempt to cancel the order...he gave up after about15 calls. Each time, a nice chap (Alex) answered the phone, but told my husband he could only TAKE orders and not cancel them.He told my husband he could transfer him to the front desk, but that phone just kept ringing and ringing and was never pickedup. He refused to put the manager on the phone - because the manager was "busy." Our pizza is presently still not cancelled -because we cannot get a hold of anyone to do so. Therefore, we cancelled the transaction with the bank and the pizza will not beaccepted. We are empathetic to organizations that are understaffed right now, but THIS is the most ridiculous series of eventswe have EVER had to deal with to try to get - or NOT GET - a pizza. This is THE WORST food experience we have ever had. Needlessto say, we will NOT be ordering from here again. The management team bears the full responsibility for the incompetent way thishas been handled. I feel embarrassed for them. Read more
We love papa johns. We have given this location at LEAST 6 chances. Every single time it has taken at LEAST 70 minutes for us to... receive our order, and when we do get it, it is room temperature at best. We are done ordering from this location, absolutelyunacceptable. Read more
I placed an order at 7:21 pm after a little more than and hour and a half later my tracking showed my food was still in the... "making" phase. So I called the store at 8:54 pm to be told it doesnt show received in their system until 9:30 pm unsure howthats possible when thats half an hour in the future. The man I speak to says he will expedite the order and get it out. Afteranother 40 minutes at 9:39 pm my order finally gets delivered. But when I open the boxes this is what I see. Our food was thrownand all the toppings in the corner of the box nothing left on the dough but the sauce. This is 100% unacceptable to conductbusiness or treat customers in this manner.
