This is the cleanest McDonald's I've seen! Best part was that it wasn't busy. We ate indoors and found a table w/ a couple of... nice leather seats in front of a fireplace. There were USB and outlets for our electronics. Service was great too! And, I wasable to get an adult Happy Meal!!! Quality of food was fine. French fries were hot and good. We were hungry. Read more
Extremely rude employee in drive-thru lane. Ordered lunch items at 10:57 on a Sunday unknowing lunch wasn't until 11:00 with the... response "no. we aren't doing lunch." I come here often and I can say is that they are trying their very best. It's actually decent. The frap machine tho, it breaks... often. They are good at removing onions from my burger order. That stuff makes me bloated. The fries is a hit or miss but itdoesn't matter cuz Ilile them with ketchup. The app is good too! I like them deals. Keep up the good work. Read more
Very disappointing when you go through the drive-through, place an order for two meals, you get one bag and there?s no fries for... either meal in the bag. And of course it?s my fault because I didn?t check the bag because I trusted that a simple order couldbe handled appropriately. spent $13 and half the meal was missing. Read more
This McDonald's was awesome. I did a mobile order of 200 nuggets and when I walked in they hadn't seen the mobile order bit they... came through quick and me and the kids decided to eat there. They brought the nuggets out as they were done and gave us a ton ofsauces. Would eat there again and that is unusual considering i don't eat at McDonald's often. Read more
My Big Mac had no lettuce and onions whatsoever. I realized that when I came home after 20 minutes of driving. When I came back,... the employee and the manager were very polite and professional, and fixed my issue. Everyone makes mistakes, but the main thingis how people deal with it. I've never seen such hardworking, dedicated employees in a McDonald's. EVER. We went inside to use the facilities and order and... it must've been at the peak of dinner time bc they were slammed. But everyone worked together, great communication andorganization, to get all the orders handled. Everything was extremely clean, the fries were hot and crispy, and the customerservice was up to par. I'd totally recommend this McDonald's. I took off a star bc half my fries were missing and there were nocondiments to grab. But I get it, they were really busy. Read more
You have a great crew right now at this McDonalds. Went through the drive thru and they got everything I ordered including the... sweet and sour sauce (a must for my French fries). When I got it back to my office the bag was very well packed, burgers stillstacked and didn?t lose a single fry to the bag and that bag got jostled a bit. Well done! Read more
