I ordered in the app as they have removed their phone so they do not need to deal with customer service at all. They managed to... completely screw up my order(thin crust instead of stuffed, random topping I don't like on my whole cheese pizza). Theyliterally didn't even cut it. But there's no phone so I can't call and let them know my only option is to drive back and wait inthe huge crowd of people for my order to be remade which will probably take 30 min in that rush. I will go elsewhere next time,if they want to turn away business and Uninstaller their phones we should all let them. Read more

I was delivered a wrong order, mine was $35 and what was dropped off was $20. I didn?t realize Caesars sourced thru DoorDash and... attempted to call store multiple times routed me to a voicemail that was full. All I really wanted was for my original order tobe delivered. I understand this was the DoorDash driver mistake but the actual store should be able to answer the call to havefixed instead of me having to call their National customer service # and be on hold for 35 minutes only to be advised DoorDashorders can?t be redirected. Whoever the brunette woman is, she needs coaching on customer service. She decided to not let me throw the empty pizza box out... in the back and chose to say...sorry we don't have a trash can. No doubt she could have tossed it. The new guy handled myorder fairly well and hope he can take over the store so that customer service improves. Read more

Even ordering early and online, this location can't seem to get it together. They always seem understaffed so that could be why... but they still need to come up with a solution that works. Read more
