I ordered a meal through the drive thru and paid at the window. I had to go inside the store to pick up my order since I had to... use the restroom. Once I was about to leave they claimed that I had not paid yet, which I told them I paid at the drive thruwindow. They insisted I didn't pay even though I showed them the pending charge on my credit card. They assured me that thesecond pending charge will drop. Of course, the duplicate charge did NOT get dropped and BOTH posted on my credit card. I askedfor a refund on Monday 10/13. I called back today (10/13) they said the store owner was too busy to deal with my duplicatecharge. They said they do not know how long it will take him to take care of it. This is ridiculous!!
