On our 4th (&, yes, our 5th too - cuz, yum) morning in town, we wandered in after having searched high & low for a good late... breakfast spot close to our hotel (Omni) Located in a strip mall, with ample free parking, we found this little gem. There wasa 20% off check-in offer that convinced us to give them a shot. On entry, we were asked if we'd been in before & given processinstructions. Easy enough: take menus, sit and pick, return to the counter to order & pay, take your table number & sit backdown. Your food comes out, you eat, clear your table & exit. Service was fast, staff are friendly & in excellent spirits - nogrumpy people either day. Bonus for remembering us on our return. Prices were reasonable for quality. Prettiest "fast casual"plating I've ever seen. Day 1: Big Breakfast Burrito, Cubano Quesadilla, 3pc Dippy Ds, Bacon Bloody & Blood OrangeSunrise Day2: skipped the Burrito and Bloody - not because either were bad, just the 13hr drive ahead meant no over-undulgingfood comas or drowzie booze drinks Drinks were both fantastic twists on their namesakes. The pork, tender & juicy - nothing wassalted with heavy hands - as is too often the case. There was just enough seasoning to accent the main dishes & let the naturalflavors sing. Those dippys are already on my cravings radar: fluffy, fried light- not at all heavy or oily & 3 fab dips! Theyinitially forgot the drinks on our visit, then refunded them for the delay. This wasn't necessary but was appreciated. I mean,we did come back the next day, the best way I know to show our appreciation. 5/5 on everything - seriously, everything! Ok -we just found the best breakfast in Broomfield! OMG, my pulled pork green chili burrito was amazing! Everyone in our group... of 9 thoroughly enjoyed the quality food. Only thing better than the breakfast was the awesome staff at Hollan-Daze. We foundour go to! Read more
What a nice hidden gem here in Broomfield. The menu was interesting and full of wonderful choices... The breakfast burrito was... filled with delicious pulled pork, diced potatoes, eggs, onions, peppers, smothered with a choice of 5 sauces, a drizzle of sourcream and queso fresco. The other entrées that came by looked equally as scrumptious ????. They have a liquor license so youcan enjoy a nice Bloody Mary, Mimosa, or other tasty concoction. Jared is amazing! Was kind from the moment we walked in and so helpful. It was our first time in and he made it so easy and... comfortable. The food here is made from scratch! Which you think that would mean a long wait but surprisingly not! They werequick and delicious. The food was absolutely amazing. (Pictures below) You can tell love went into this place and it shows. My husband and I had breakfast here yesterday. My avocado toast was fantastic and my coffee was very good. Over all everything... was good except they served my food on a paper plate which made it hard to cut my toast. Personally, I think the food wouldtaste and look better in a ceramic plate. Read more
