This is the worst place EVER to be considered as fast food. There is absolutely Nothing fast about this place. We try coming... here every so often and EVERY time it's a nightmare. We have been waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and only 3 cars havemoved, one just drove away. Still haven't even made it to place our order but stuck in this ridiculous line. Read more

Tonight we had some confusion with our order. Our card was charged but the order straight up declined. A very big thank you to... the manager on duty for stepping up and handling it. This was going to be a 1 star post, but I bumped it to 2 because they were nice. I sat in the drive through for 40 minutes, 30... of which were after I placed my order. When I got to the window, they informed me that half the staff hadn't shown up. Theyshould have informed customers that the wait would be longer today. This was a first visit, and likely a last visit. They didrush my order when they realized the guy in front of me drove away, and discounted it, but the fries were mostly out of thecontainer and the burger was smushed with tears in the bun. Decent burger option - not exactly living up to the ?California? label (in n out)? I tried a shake too which I regret ordering... in advance as it was mostly melted.
