I had an appointment out in Broomfield and wanted to try a different breakfast spot. I found in my search Eat! Food &Drink. The... rating seemed pretty decent and the menu online looked interesting enough. So, why not? The inside is this cool industrial stylewhile also having a blend of family-style and individual tables. It felt a bit cold inside, but that may have been due to thedoor being open. There's a really nice patio seating area, but I did not look to see if there were any patio heaters. The menulooked really good! There were so many good options, like a short rib skillet (which I had). Even the drinks sounded good. Thecouple next to us had brought out a hibiscus gimlet. Inside the glass, the liquid was sparkling, not just effervescent. Thetaste of the food did not disappoint! It was fantastic! We learned that the short ribs are braised in bloody mary mix. What thewhat?! It was so tender and flavorful. Oh my goodness! In some restaurants, the service is average, meaning, the server checkson you once after delivering your food. Not here. Our server, Gracie, checked on us three times, and even the manager for thatmorning, Brittany checked in. They both were so friendly and warm. Gracie even said that because she ate there all the time thatshe just had to get a job at Eat! I cannot recommend this place enough! Eventhough it is a distance to get here, I would gladlymake the trip here to eat over any other breakfast place I've been, even over places like Syrup and Snooze! You have got to tryit! Read more
Great service and nice clean place. I got the chili rellenos with 3 eggs and hash browns. The chorizo patty had great flavor... everything was tasty! I just wish the Flys left me alone too enjoy my meal better! Read more
I enjoyed this place very much and didn’t even realize we lived so close by! The location is great, they have indoor and... outdoor seating, and the design and vibe inside is great! Our server was wonderful, kind, helpful, and even gave me glitter onmy mimosas ?? The food was so good, I’m honestly very excited to go back again! Read more
Portions are HUGE. I had the avocado toast with gluten free bread and it was perfect. My friend had ordered a breakfast burrito... and I had to take a picture of the size of this entree. Overall, great experience, service is good, as are the drinks. Read more
Only did takeout here so far but we would like to return for explorations of the menu. They gluten free waffle with berries was... very tasty. The corned beef hash was solid but nothing mind blowing, probably would not get it again. When I picked up it wasMother’s Day so there seemed to be a huge line for a table like many breakfast / brunch places in Colorado. Read more

Went for the first time after seeing good reviews. Super busy but it was a Saturday so not surprised. Sat at a table with a... friend near the patio door. They have some covered heated seating so the traffic though there gave me a burst of cold but theplace as warm enough that it was not bad. Good looking breakfast menu. The lunch menu was not as interesting but still lookedgood. I had the Waffles and Chicken. Good waffles with bacon and jalapeños. Three eggs cooked to order. Lightly breaded andfried chicken thigh. Also has hash browns. Tasted good. A bit pricey but given the quality it was no issue. The only thing wasthe noise level. Sure it isn’t a large seating area but it was so loud that for the first time, my Apple Watch even warned meof hearing damage. Maybe next time we need to come back when the weather is warm and sit on patio. Read more
Hadn't been here before so thought we'd try it today. Doesn't open until 8.AM Monday through Thursday, and only two other small... groups there, but the magic is really with the food! Very upscale breakfast menu with many unique items. A little bit priceywith most items $16 to $18, but very easy to split a dish and still have a lot to eat!
