Dude. This is the best pizza in the Boulder area. SOURDOUGH. CRUST. It is always so flavorful, so chewy and doughy and the... people who work here are so delightful. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it. Read more

I was honestly so excited to try a new pizza place and had even researched the menu beforehand to see what would be the best... choice. However upon dining here I have a few things to say. The service wasn't great but wasn't anything that warranted acomplaint. We ordered the pepperoni rolls to come out first and an antipasto salad( the pepperoni rolls come out last)I watchedmy salad be poured from a bag with no second thought. We also ordered a small pepperoni pizza and the meatball grinder which wasseverely under cooked. The meatballs were cold and the dough from the grinder was not even cooked thoroughly. We were not goingto say a thing and pay for the meals that we tried to consume until the waitress asked if everything tasted good and asked forpayment. I handed her my card and told her the dough wasn't cooked and the meatballs were cold, she took my payment and saidI'll speak to my manager about it. I heard the conversation between her and manager, she mentioned grinder was undercooked andnothing was done. I don't need a free meal, I don't need any recognition..I just felt the ending transaction was incrediblyunprofessional and wasn't the best way to go about the situation. It could have been handled with so much more compassion andunderstanding. Read more

Pizza was decent but REALLY greasy. My girlfriend and I + 1 other couple were the only guests in the restaurant but it took 15... minutes to get our check. My water glass came out with lipstick on it. See the picture of how we received the 1/4 lowstrawberry Margarita from the server. Read more

Great pizzas! Got a cheese and a bbq/chicken/bacon. It?s slightly more expensive than a typical chain restaurant, but feels... higher quality and they have specialty toppings. The sourdough is a unique taste/texture, but pretty good! Read more

Been here twice, first time had origianl crust, this time I ordered NY thin style. It seemed undercooked and the leftovers the... next day were totally stuck to the paper, had to tear it into pieces to peel it off. Was kind of soggy right out of the ovenwhen I first got it from the restaurant.. Also got a text that it was ready but had to wait 5 minutes for them to finish it.Overall a little spendy, if they could dial in the quality it would be worth it Read more

Could be really good, but no. Crust has great flavor and would be even better if it was fully cooked and not raw. Toppings are... great (aside from the Italian sausage that was likely freezer burnt) but way too much. Yes, the toppings were too much. The rawdough couldn?t support the weight. The cheese balls were way undercooked! Just because the cheese is cooked on top doesn?t meanthe dough is. The cheesecake was standard issue wholesale with sauce in a cup. Certainly nothing special, not worthy of anyattention unless you just want a piece of basic a$$ cheesecake. Sorry guys, we gave you like 6 chances to be tasty, and eachone failed. Someone needs to step in and pay attention! Read more

Tasty food. Loved the calzone I ordered for $12. Staff were very attentive. One suggestion is to order ahead because it took... about 40 minutes from when I say down till I got my food. Pepsi fountain products and a great drink menu. Will definitely returnto try a pizza next. Read more
